These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of remeal.ai and the Remeal waitlist experience operated by Artem Udovichenko (“Remeal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

Remeal is currently a pre-launch project.
The website and waitlist are provided for informational and pre-launch interest purposes only.
Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, subscription, purchase, or legally binding right to receive the product, early access, or any specific feature at any particular time.
3. Eligibility
You may use the waitlist only if you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you may not submit your email address or join the waitlist.
By joining the waitlist, you confirm that the email address you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
4. Waitlist communications
If you provide your email address and agree to receive updates, we may contact you about:
Remeal’s launch;
early access opportunities;
pre-launch updates related to the product;
You can withdraw your consent for these communications at any time by contacting admin@remeal.ai or by using any unsubscribe method made available in the relevant communication.
5. Website use
You agree to use the website only in a lawful manner.
You must not:
attempt to interfere with the website, server, database, or related systems;
submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information;
attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service;
copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission;
use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the service.

All content on the website, including branding, design, text, graphics, interface elements, and related materials, is owned by or used with permission by Remeal.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any part of the website without prior written permission.

The website and the waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:
the future launch date of the product;
the final features or functionality of the product;
the availability of early access;
the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or the waitlist.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Your use of the website and submission of data through the waitlist are also governed by the Remeal Privacy Policy.

10. Changes
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the current operator, unless mandatory consumer or data protection laws provide otherwise.
